Additional information: 
The National Ballet of Canada is seeking an experienced Stage Manager
effective July 2015 to be part of a dedicated and highly skilled
production team.  Reporting to the Director of Production, the ideal
candidate will join a team of stage managers providing stage management
and assistant stage management support for all rehearsals and
performances in town and on tour. The successful candidate is highly
organized with excellent communications skills and thrives in a fast
paced environment.  Previous experience in dance is an asset.  

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a technical/production field 
- Experience working in both unionized and office environments an asset
- Working knowledge of MS Office 
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation in the performance industry
- Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast paced environment under
time constraints
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally 
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required
