The Equity CENSUS is now closed as of 2:00 p.m. today. A grand total of 3,126 Equity members participated - a response rate of just over 55%.

"Equity is absolutely delighted to see the enthusiastic response from the membership to The Equity CENSUS. Participation exceeded our expectations and, I believe, goes to show the importance that the membership places on the subject of diversity. We want to particularly thank the many members who have provided us with their membership number so that we may be able to track their earnings against their demographics going forward. We recognize and want to acknowledge the trust you have put in your Association by providing us with that invaluable information." said Arden R. Ryshpan, Equity Executive Director. "Again, we want to say thank you for your unprecedented support of an Equity initiative and we look forward to this material informing our actions and decisions as we seek to find ways to bring more equity to Equity." continued Ryshpan.

Now that The Equity CENSUS is closed, the data is currently being analyzed by R.A. Malatest and Associates. Equity’s national Council will review the complete results at the end of June. A summary report on the census will be published in the Summer 2015 issue of EQ.
