Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement: We encourage
actors from all cultures, races, ethnicities, and gender identities, mental
and physical abilities to apply for a General Audition.

Additional information: We invite actors to prepare a Musical or Non-Musical
General Audition:

Musical General Audition: (no more than 5 minutes total in length)
- Prepare one contemporary monologue written by a Canadian playwright.
- Prepare one song that you feel best demonstrates your vocal range (an
accompanist is available, or if you play an instrument you can choose to
accompany yourself).

Non-Musical General Audition: (no more than 5 minutes total in length)
- Prepare two contrasting monologues from the contemporary repertoire. At
least one should be written by a Canadian playwright.

To apply for a General Audition please submit the following materials on or
before December 16, 2015:
- your brief cover letter that expresses your interest in our work at ATP
- your current headshot photograph
- your c.v. that details your theatre experience

Please indicate whether you are submitting for a MUSICAL or NON-MUSICAL
audition, and if you require an accompanist or will play an instrument.
Please send all materials via email to Laurel Green, Artistic Associate at
lgreen at ATPlive.com using the subject header “General Auditions Musical or
Non-Musical (please choose one) 2016.” Only those actors selected for a
General Audition will be contacted. Equity members will be seen first at all
open audition calls. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the
audition.
