Ethno-cultural mandate or ethno-cultural casting statement:
Matchmaker Theatre Productions is a Vancouver based independent company
that engages local artists in the production of new works. "Concierge of
Vancouver" will be our 3rd production in the company's 3-year history.

Additional information:
We will be holding auditions on SATURDAY, APRIL 30th for the following
roles. Production will be the fall of 2016: Rehearsals start September
12/2016 and performances will be at Studio 1398 from October 6 to 16th/2016
(a total of 5 week engagement). This production will be produced under
CAEA's INDIE agreement.

We thank all applicants for their submissions, but only those requested for
an audition by director Ian Farthing will be contacted.

1. Fred McCashel: Late 30’s, any ethnicity. Spokesperson for the Brian
Foxtrot Foundation - a confident, well-dressed PR guy with a 1000 kilowatt
smile.

2. Samantha Wright: Late 30’s, any ethnicity. Senior Vice President of the
Wealth Management Division of a major bank. Smart with heart.

3. Agnes Harrington: Late 20’s - early 40’s, any ethnicity. A tenacious
investigative reporter for a national newspaper.

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity
members cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of
contract. CAEA members: please bring your membership card to the audition.
