EQUITY NATIONAL OFFICE LEASE RENEWAL AND RENOVATION
-----------------------------

Equity recently committed to a new 10-year lease for its National Office.
The terms of the new lease are‎ very favourable and as an inducement to
renew, ‎the landlord has agreed to cover the costs for some needed
upgrades. The office ‎will be undergoing renovations until mid-October in
order to make better use of the available space.

The National Office will be open during this period but meeting space will
be at a premium. Please make arrangements for any onsite meetings in
advance.‎ Thank you for your patience and understanding in the coming
weeks.
