Rainbow Stage is seeking experienced Arts Administrators for the full-time
position of Artistic Administrator

Reporting to the Artistic Director, the Artistic Administrator is an
important support role, key to the smooth running of the artistic staff,
education staff and the organization as a whole. Working closely as
assistant to the Artistic Director, this position is also the first point of
contact between Rainbow Stage and Artistic staff (actors, creatives,
designers, stage managers, musicians), Education staff, schools, artistic
unions (CAEA, AFM, ADC), and Licensing Companies (MTI, R&H, TRW and so on).

Self-motivation, high organization with an excellent eye for detail,
efficiency, and joy at working as a part of an enthusiastic and professional
team are key to success. This is a great opportunity to further develop as
an arts administrator in a fast-paced artistic environment.
