Responsibilities include:

PRODUCTION
• Assist with distribution, collection and resubmission of contracts to
Equity and PACT
• Distribution to CAEA of artistic checklists per production, per venue
• Preparation, distribution and collection of production material including
scripts, scores, and orchestral books
• Acquisition and dissemination of artists’ measurements and payroll
information
• Execution of artistic contractual obligations (accommodations, car
rentals, flights)
• Scheduling for archival videos of each production
• Archiving all prompt books, show reports
• Reading and responding to scripts as directed
• Knowledge of all agreements that are shared with associations and unions
affiliated with Drayton Entertainment (Canadian Theatre Agreement, American
Federation of Musicians, Associated Designers of Canada)
• Overseeing new accommodation possibilities in all locations

YOUTH ADMINISTRATION
• Sole coordination and management of youth auditions
• Sole management of the youth program and youth companies
• Continuous maintenance of all incoming audition inquiries

MARKETING
• Acquisition of artistic marketing requirements for production inserts
• Provision to the marketing department of riders to production contracts
• Provision to the marketing department all information pertaining to
contractual obligations such as artist billing, special ticket and/or credit
arrangements
