Additional information:
The Ontario Summer Theatres (OST) is once again holding joint auditions in
Toronto this fall. Selected artists will be given the opportunity to
audition for artistic directors from several of the province's flagship
summer theatres simultaneously. Participating companies include: the Blyth
Festival, Driftwood Theatre, the Foster Festival, Globus Theatre, Highland
Festival, Lighthouse Festival, and Port Stanley Festival.

Participants will be asked to prepare two contrasting monologues of their
choice; these can include contemporary Canadian works, classical pieces, and
musical theatre. Artists are encouraged to try to choose at least one piece
that features approaches to comedy.

Artists are asked to apply directly to a participating theatre.

Blyth Festival has just completed our 43rd season of producing Original
Canadian Plays. To date, Blyth has produced more than 130 new plays, many of
which continue to be produced from coast to coast to coast. Blyth welcomes
innovative, adventurous artists who believe in artistic excellence and the
intrinsic value of true company.

Please submit a cover letter, resume, and photo to
auditions at blythfestival.com

Equity members will be seen first at all open audition calls. Equity members
cast in this production will be engaged under an Equity form of contract.
