Your response is important to us, whether or not you have had a past experience with a toxic workplace situation.<O:P/></P><P class="MsoPlainText"><O:P> </O:P></P><P class="MsoPlainText">The survey will provide us with basic data on member experience with workplace issues of this type, and help us identify challenges members may have faced in seeking a prompt and effective response. Council is updating its policies and processes in this area, and the data collected will allow us to target those changes to greatest effect.<O:P/></P><P class="MsoPlainText"><O:P> </O:P></P><P class="MsoPlainText">Links to the survey will be sent out by email on January 12, to all members in good standing for whom we have a current email address.
