just read an article on the introduction of mycorrhizae. It said that each site
and individual tree species have different associations so unless you know which
ones are needed, I would suggest in addition mulching with wood mulch, and /or
leaves or introducing some undisturbed local soils into the planting hole.

use mycorrhizae , it should be a mix of local strains. A commercially
available product manufactured down in the states may be of little value to
your soils in T bay. I would spend my money on digging a bigger, wider hole
and providing water to the tree!! Then prune it at 3, 5, 10 and 15
years…better bang for the buck!<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
