expert advice if necessary) but not influenced by factors other

liability.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

Do any of you have any comments around posting Hazard Trees with removal notices
for a period of time as a way of communicating the removals to the Public? One
issue may be liabilities if the tree falls during the posting period. How do you
communicate removals to the Public? Hope to hear your thoughts and
