<BR>        <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">In conducting tree hazard assessments one of the factors that is considered is the target value rating.  For those that use the target rating scale of 1 to 4 has anyone ascribed a general target rating to various targets such as residential dwellings, local or collector or arterial roads, park amenities such as parking lots, tennis courts, sports fields etc?  </FONT></P>
