years.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>It is indeed on the short list of desirable street
trees with very little care requirements and few pest problems.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>It is a Spring only planting. Please keep this
tree on your list and tell others.</FONT></DIV>
