for tree planting. It is strictly a Council decision. In the future, it might

<P class=MsoNormal>Hello, my name is Cédric Bertrand and I am a Project
Manager at Tree Canada. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>I am seeking the help of urban foresters across the country
on the CUFN listserv as I would like the following question to be answered:
<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Are municipalities in Canada able to borrow funds to plant
trees as part of their Three-Year Capital Works Program (TCWP)? Or can funding
for trees solely be sought within a larger development project?<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Per example, I know some municipailities can borrow funds
to build a sidewalk, a building or other "grey infrastructures" but not for
"green infrastructures". <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Please let me know whether this is the case (or not) in
your municipality. Please respond to me directly at <A

<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
