as top mulch on a variety of landscapes at that, only every 3 years. How has his claims that RCW can boost soil fertility and replace fossil fuel inputs held up over the decades? Why is francophone Europe the hotspot for RCW operations and research now?
Are there research and action links within and outside Canada we can compare? </span>
