Hi Alyson,

Here's a helpful link:
http://www.actrees.org/files/Research/benefits_of_trees.pdf page 6 refers to research about benefits of trees to businesses. Looks like much of it refers to Kathleen Wolfe's research.

Best of luck,
Subject: [CANUFNET] Trees Improving Businesses

Hello all,

I'm working for the City of Thunder Bay, ON. We in the Parks section are working hard to implement a private tree pilot program on our main arterial routes. Many of these main routes are commercial in nature and we are trying to educate/convince the business
owners of the benefits of trees. We are looking for any anecdotal or scientific evidence or articles that indicate that trees improve businesses. It would be preferential to have this information about Canadian city improvements, maybe BIA's that have increased
businesses income. If anyone knows of any news articles, scientific articles or fact sheets that would show this information please forward it to me at acarter@thunderbay.ca<mailto:acarter@thunderbay.ca>.

Thank you so much for your time,
