<p class="MsoNormal">I’m joining this conversation late but have a question for the group. Is anyone successfully employing incentive based approaches to tree protection and replanting as their primary Urban Forest sustainability tool? Not the type of incentive
realized by not being fined nor the type of incentive felt when one is trying to recoup their security deposit. I’m talking the “direct benefit to the customer” type of incentives such as reduced property taxes or utility charges for sustaining healthy canopy
cover and pervious surfaces or tree vouchers for new trees. <o:p></o:p></p>
