<p class="MsoNormal">The City of Charlottetown launched a new Tree Protection Bylaw. Among other things, it outlines restrictions for work within a Tree Protection Zone. However, as many on this email list know, there are often cases where sidewalks and utilities
exist within the TPZ.<o:p></o:p></p>
