In its early days Arboriculture was threatened in the same way. However the support for the program was heard. I also remember going with Joe Outram to the Peterborough campus to get Urban Forestry approved as a separate program. A lot has happened to the Forestry sector since the undergraduate program and now the Faculty was disestablished at U of T. Now this. I hope that the troops can be rallied again.
