The City of Burlington is developing a level of service guide as it relates to managing City-owned natural environments that also have creeks. Do other municipalities have levels of service documents or guidelines as it relates to managing
coarse woody debris, snags, debris piles, leaning trees due to previous undermining, etc, that may impact creek flow, specifically. What is your process for assessment, mitigation, and operations as it relates to Forestry’s role in ensuring creek flows can
be safely maintained and general flood plain management.
