bomb,  they just need uranium enrichment.  This is
true.  <strong><i>However,</i></strong> <strong><i>the only
“legitimate” reason to enrich uranium is to use it in a nuclear
power plant. </i></strong>The continued promotion and sale worldwide of
“civilian” nuclear reactors thus gives nations the excuse to
