You can walk, ride a bike (available for rental on the Island), push or be pushed. Arrangements will be made to ride a tram for those who are unable to walk the 1km route.<br><br>We are encouraging striders to bring along their children and grandchildren for a fun afternoon on the Island. Our picnic area is situated right beside the Franklin Children's Garden, a playground, a splashpad, and the beach. Bring a picnic lunch, water, hat, sunscreen, bathing suit and towel.<br><br>The $10 registration fee will also cover your ferry ticket, if you register with us in advance. This covers a walker and accompaning children.
