Although the attack was defeated, it raised the banner of struggle, which would lead to the victory of the Cuban Revolution on January 1st, 1959. We celebrate the heroic resistance of the anti-terrorist Cuban Five who are unjustly held in U.S. prisons while the Cuban nation is defending its socialist achievements through mass mobilizations for the implementation of the Economic and Social Policy Guidelines of the Party and of the Revolution.<br> <br>Organized by Toronto Forum on Cuba – http://t<a href="http://orontoforumoncuba.weebly.com">orontoforumoncuba.weebly.com</a>, torontoforumoncuba@rogers.com<br>http://cubanosjgg.blogspot.com, asociacion.jgg@gmail.com<br><br></span></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">---------------------------------------<br>---------------------------------------</span></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"><br></span></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'" size="5" color="#006796"><b>Critical Mass Ride<br></b></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"><br></span></font></div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">Fri. Whether you are an experienced organizer or new to the scene, whether you're on the executive of a union, in the good ol' fashioned rank-and-file, or organize outside of union formations, you are welcome to come to this weekend training camp. All we ask is that you are committed to organizing towards a student strike in a directly democratic, bottom-up, and anti-authoritarian fashion; that you are willing to spread the skills that you learn at these workshops to others in your cities and on your campus; and that you are open to learning new organizing strategies from people who have been on the front-line of the student struggle in Quebec.</span><br><br><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">Some workshop topics include: introduction to student strikes, communication and mobilization, mobilizing graduate students, from mobilization committees to strike committees, creating and facilitating general assemblies, creating and/or radicalizing student associations, enforcing strikes, graduate student strikes, using strikes to build a movement, and direct democracy. There will be time for plenary discussions, strategy sessions and break-out groups.</span><br><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"> </span><br><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"><a href="https://www.facebook.com/events/199457126847267/">https://www.facebook.com/events/199457126847267/</a></span><br></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"><br></span></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">---------------------------------------<br>---------------------------------------<br></span></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"><br></span></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">The People's Peas Garden Presents: <br></span></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"><br></span></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'" size="5" color="#009712"><b>SUMMER JAM! *An Edible & Musical Community Potluck Picnic*<br></b></font></div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="'Times New Roman'"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"><br>Sat.
