This has not happened. <br><br>Earlier this month, Enbridge was found effectively criminally negligent in the 2010 Kalamazoo tar sands spill in Michigan, as they blatantly ignored safety concerns of aging pipelines for 5 years leading up to the spill. Line 9 is the Canadian extension of the same pipeline.
