The ‘Right to Housing challenge’ argues that the governments of Canada and Ontario are in violation of the<em><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'> Charter of Rights and Freedoms </span></em>for their failure to address, and their contribution to, the growing crisis of homelessness and inadequate housing.
