A lifelong learner, Kathy is a Certified Management Accountant by profession, has earned a graduate certificate in project management and is presently pursuing a diploma in Urban Land Economics. The 2012 recipient of the United Way of Greater Victoria award for Collaboration and Partnership, Kathy has served on the board of the BC Non Profit Housing Association since 2009. She is committed to assisting street-involved and homeless youth to end their experience of homelessness.
