formerly incarcerated, youth, and Aboriginal Peoples experience barriers to treatment access that relate to their specific demographic context. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p style='mso-margin-top-alt:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:7.65pt;margin-left:0cm;line-height:11.25pt;background:white'><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'>Through participatory community dialogue with relevant stakeholders, CTAC has developed a series of population-specific ‘Tools for Access’ curriculums and fact sheets that are designed to explore the specific structural, social and personal barriers, including the effects of stigma and discrimination, which prevent these specific populations from accessing treatment, care and support. alternatives) that can be taken by people living with HIV and co-infected with viral hepatitis, service providers, researchers/policy makers and allied community members to address some of the qui peuvent être entreprises par les personnes vivant avec le VIH et co-infectées par l'hépatite virale, les fournisseurs de services, les chercheurs et décideurs politiques et les membres alliés de
