Home Takeovers of Vulnerable Tenants”</u></font></a> that addresses the issue from a local perspective. This report analyses survey and interview results from Ottawa’s front-line workers and seeks to understand who is vulnerable, who is taking over, the consequences
of takeovers on the victims, how cases are resolved and perhaps most crucially, what can be done to prevent and intervene in home takeovers.</span></font></div>

qui traite de la question dans une perspective locale. Le rapport renferme une analyse d’un sondage et d’entrevues menés auprès de travailleurs de première ligne d’Ottawa. Les auteurs cherchent à déterminer les personnes vulnérables et celles qui s’adonnent
à la prise de possession de domiciles, de même que les effets de ce phénomène sur les victimes, la façon dont les cas sont résolus et, chose peut-être plus importante encore, les moyens de prévention et d’intervention.</span></font></div>
