a wind chill of -25 or colder is forecast. Key service providers including homeless shelters, outreach workers, community resource centres, schools and daycare centers are encouraged to closely monitor the local weather forecast and take cold weather precautions
to ensure the safety of individuals. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
