to promote safety in our changing legal context with regards to the sex trade. We plan to develop local responses to safety issues. Local agencies and residents know our communities' needs and can develop the most effective responses. We look forward to your

<div><font size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt;">The conference will include an opening plenary to outline the current, changing legal environment and to showcase some current Ottawa initiatives. This will be followed by breakout group discussions aimed at
