Centre 454 would like to thank Jamie for her contribution to the ODSP Application Support Program. We wish Jamie well in all her future endeavours. Jamie has been a dedicated member of the Centre 454 since 2007 and has held various positions within the organization. She has been with the ODSP program since December 2011. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Please note that Jamie will no longer be taking new referrals.
