<div>The Housing Services Branch will release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for 2014 to develop affordable rental housing dwelling units under Action Ottawa and the IAH Program.

<div>The intent of this RFP is to allocate up to $6M in 2014 funding to facilitate the first phase of development of affordable housing at 455 Via Verona in the Longfields subdivision.

<div>The RFP is tentatively scheduled to be released and available on July 3rd, 2014, and to close at 4:00pm on Wednesday, October 15<font size="1"><span style="font-size:7.3pt;"><sup>th</sup></span></font>, 2014.

<div>A public information session to present the details of the RFP process and to answer questions will take place on:</div>

<div>La Direction des services de logement diffusera une Demande de proposition pour 2014 afin de développer des unités d’habitation locatives à prix abordable sous Action Ottawa et le Programme d’investissement dans le logement abordable.

<div>L’objectif de cette Demande de proposition est d’allouer jusqu’à 6 millions de dollars en financement pour 2014 afin de faciliter le développement de logements abordables de la parcelle de terrain au 455, via Verona du plan de lotissement Longfields.
