<div><font color="#1F497D">Please find attached a memo that provides the results of the City of Ottawa’s Request for Offers – Homelessness Services 2014 that outlines key messages, the new functions and service providers as of April 1<font size="1"><span style="font-size:8pt;"><sup>st</sup></span></font>,
2015, in addition to a list of community services. The City will work with all service providers to implement new programs and services to respond to the needs of those in our community who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. There will be a transition
period for the re-designed service system as new processes are implemented and people are warm transferred to new organizations and programs. The Housing Services branch thanks you for your patience during this period of change and transition.</font></div>

<div><font color="#1F497D">Veuillez trouver ci-joint, une note d’information qui pourvoit les résultats de la Demande d’offres 2014 de la Ville d’Ottawa pour les services aux sans-abri et qui décrit les messages clés, les nouvelles fonctions et les fournisseurs
de services à compter du 1<font size="1"><span style="font-size:8pt;"><sup>er</sup></span></font> avril 2015 ainsi qu’une liste des autres services communautaires. La Ville travaillera avec tous les fournisseurs de services à mettre en œuvre les nouveaux programmes
et services pour répondre aux besoins des résidents qui sont sans-abri ou à risque d’itinérance. Il y aura une période de transition pour les changements apportés au système de service au fil et à mesure que de nouveaux procédés seront mis en œuvre et que
les gens sont réorientés aux nouveaux organismes et programmes. La Direction des services de logement vous remercie pour votre patience durant cette période de changement et transition.</font></div>
