<div><font size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;">Time for Change (T4C), Ottawa’s gang exit service, is an initiative dedicated to male and female young adults, adults and their families who are impacted by gang involvement. Using a case management approach,
services will be tailored to each person’s specific needs. They include:</span></font></div>
