<p class="MsoNormal">We're pleased to announce that the <a href="http://homelesshub.ca/resource/vulnerability-assessment-tool-determining-eligibility-and-allocating-services-and-housing">Canadian VAT Training Manual</a> has launched. The manual, developed
under the guidance of the VAT Training Sub-Committee, is intended to support Canadian organizations to use the assessment tool. <o:p></o:p></p>
