s’est terminé le 31 mai 2017. Selon l’intérêt exprimé à travers cet appel ainsi que des discussions avec les collectivités, le taux de participation s’annonce plus grand que celui du dénombrement de 2016. Cette forte participation des Collectivités désignées

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="FR-CA">Le 22 juin 2017, l’honorable Jean-Yves Duclos a annoncé la composition du Comité consultatif communautaire sur l’itinérance. Sélectionnés à partir de centaines de candidatures partout au pays, le

<span lang="FR-CA">est composé de 13 experts sur l’itinérance et le logement, des fournisseurs de services locaux et régionaux ainsi que des personnes ayant de l’expérience vécue de l’itinérance. Le comité est le reflet de la diversité régionale, culturelle

immobiliers fédéraux excédentaires à la disposition d'organismes communautaires, du secteur à but non lucratif et d'autres ordres de gouvernement dans le cadre des projets qui visent à aider à prévenir et à réduire l'itinérance. Des propriétés sont actuellement

<p class="MsoNormal">We are pleased to announce that the Canadian Observatory on Homelessness (COH) in collaboration with the Homelessness Partnering Strategy (HPS) is launching a new
<a href="https://workspaceonhomelessness.ca/ptcorner">provincial and territorial page</a> on the Community Workspace on Homelessness.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The <a href="https://workspaceonhomelessness.ca/ptcorner">PT corner</a> was created to provide those interested with a tool to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing with service providers and other local partners involved in preventing
and ending homelessness in their communities.<o:p></o:p></p>

Everyone Counts 2018: The HPS Coordinated Point-in-Time (PiT) Count</a> closed on May 31, 2017. Based on interest expressed through the Call and discussions with communities, participation is expected to be even greater than it was for the 2016 count. This
strong participation of Designated Communities will help to provide a broader picture of homelessness across Canada, including urban cities of all sizes, suburban communities, and rural areas. Please stay tuned over the coming months for further announcements

experts, local and regional service providers, as well as individuals with a lived experience of homelessness. The Committee represents Canada’s regional, cultural and linguistic diversity.

<p class="MsoNormal">The Surplus Federal Real Property for Homelessness Initiative (SFRPHI), a funding stream of the Homelessness Partnering Strategy (HPS), makes surplus federal real properties available to community organizations, the not-for-profit sector
and other orders of government for projects to help prevent and reduce homelessness. Currently, properties are available in Sioux Lookout (Ontario), Rocky Harbour (Newfoundland), and Lacolle (Quebec). Proposals can be submitted at the latest on July 15, 2017
for these projects.<o:p></o:p></p>
