<div>We are pleased to announce that the 2018 Action Ottawa Request for Proposals (RFP) is now available.  The RFP can be received by registering and emailing

<div><font size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;"> </span></font></div>

<div>This RFP includes the following capital funding:</div>

<ul style="margin:0;padding-left:36pt;">

<li>Up to a total of $11M is available from the Investment in Affordable Housing for Ontario (IAH) 2014 Extension and the Social Infrastructure Fund (SIF) Program streams; and 

</li><li>Up to a total of $5M<font face="Times New Roman" size="1"><span style="font-size:8pt;"><sup>

</sup></span></font>is available from the Government of Ontario program entitled Home For Good (HFG); and</li><li>Up to a total of $9M<font face="Times New Roman" size="1"><span style="font-size:8pt;"><sup>

</sup></span></font>is available for the 289 Carling Avenue RFP from the HFG program for up to 60 units of supportive housing. Please note that the 289 Carling Avenue RFP is only open to Not for Profit and Charitable Housing Providers.

<div><font size="2"><span style="font-size:11pt;"> </span></font></div>

<div>Three RFP’s have been issued to address the following priority areas:</div>

<ul style="margin:0;padding-left:36pt;">

<li style="margin-top:5pt;margin-bottom:5pt;">Supportive Housing for the following provincial priority homelessness areas (Chronic homelessness, Youth homelessness, Indigenous, Homelessness; and Homelessness following transitions from provincially-funded institutions

 and service systems (e.g., hospitals and prisons); and</li><li style="margin-top:5pt;margin-bottom:12pt;">Mixed Composition Affordable Housing, (includes a variety of mixed income, household size and unit/dwelling type affordable housing proposals). The RFP document will be available July 26, 2018; and

</li><li style="margin-top:5pt;margin-bottom:12pt;">Previously funded Action Ottawa Projects with unfunded units seeking additional funding, for eligible proponents only. Please contact the Affordable Housing Branch for more information.

</li></ul>

<li><i>Jusqu’à 11 millions $ proviennent de l’élargissement du Programme d’investissement dans le logement abordable pour l’Ontario (PILAO) 2014 et du Fonds pour l’infrastructure sociale (FIS). 

</i></li><li><i>Jusqu’à 5 millions $ proviennent d’un programme du gouvernement de l’Ontario nommé Logements pour de bon (LPB).</i></li><li><i>Jusqu’à 9 millions $ proviennent de la demande de proposition pour le 289, avenue Carling du programme LPB, pour jusqu’à 60 logements en milieu de soutien. Veuillez noter que la demande pour le 289, avenue Carling servira seulement aux fournisseurs de

 logement caritatif et à but non lucratif. <br>

<div>Trois demandes de propositions ont été émises pour aborder les priorités suivantes :</div>

<li style="margin-top:5pt;margin-bottom:5pt;">Des logements en milieu de soutien pour certains types prioritaires de situations d’itinérance (itinérance chronique, juvénile ou autochtone, et itinérance après la transition d’un établissement de services financé

 par le gouvernement provincial, comme un hôpital ou une prison).</li><li style="margin-top:5pt;margin-bottom:12pt;">Le logement abordable mixte (englobe des suggestions de logement abordable de types variés, pour ménages de tailles et revenus mixtes). La demande de proposition sera disponible le 26 juillet 2018.</li><li style="margin-top:5pt;margin-bottom:12pt;">Les projets d’Action Ottawa déjà financés qui requièrent du financement additionnel pour certains logements. Veuillez communiquer avec l’unité du logement abordable.</li></ul>
