</span></b><span lang="FR-CA">Le 5 novembre dernier, la Stratégie des partenariats de lutte contre l’itinérance (SPLI) a organisé un atelier à la Conférence nationale de l’Alliance canadienne pour mettre fin à l’itinérance (ACMFI) à Hamilton, Ontario. Le but
de l’atelier était de donner aux collectivités la possibilité de faire part de leurs commentaires au gouvernement du Canada sur l’approche axée sur les résultats proposée. Cette approche est une composante essentielle du programme remanié de lutte contre
l’itinérance, Vers un chez-soi, qui sera lancé à compter du 1er avril 2019.</span><b><span lang="FR-CA" style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">

reçues ou établies pendant ou après son séjour chez un fournisseur de service. Les renseignements enregistrés peuvent servir à faciliter la gestion des dossiers grâce à la surveillance et à la coordination des services fournis aux clients. Pour accéder à cette

de service sur les étapes à suivre pour la mise en œuvre du SISA. Les principaux sujets abordés comprenaient la gestion efficace des données et l’accès coordonné par l’entremise d’un système communautaire, le soutien à la mise en œuvre du SISA, les questions

Du 20 au 22 février dernier, plus de 200 fournisseurs de service, universitaires, décideurs et jeunes ayant une expérience d’itinérance se sont rassemblés à l’Université d’Ottawa dans le cadre de la conférence « Coming Up Together: Towards Ending and Preventing
Youth Homelessness in Ontario, Canada and beyond » (Se rassembler : vers l’élimination et la prévention de l’itinérance chez les jeunes en Ontario), organisée par Mme Jacqueline Kennelly de l’Université Carleton.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="FR-CA">Cette première conférence canadienne entièrement consacrée à l’itinérance chez les jeunes comprenait de nombreuses séances et activités : une discussion de type « cafés du monde » sur les approches provinciales en matière
d’itinérance chez les jeunes, plusieurs discussions en petit groupe, ateliers, table rondes et présentations, une séance de consultation des jeunes avec la SPLI, une démonstration des arts de la scène, une présentation d’arts visuels, des visites à pied guidées
à travers la ville d’Ottawa et un espace artistique pour le drapeau commémoratif en l’honneur des jeunes qui ont perdu leur vie en raison de l’itinérance et d’incidents liés à la vie dans la rue.

<p class="MsoNormal">On November 5, 2018, the Homelessness Partnering Strategy (HPS) hosted a workshop at the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness National Conference, in Hamilton, Ontario. The purpose of this session was to give communities the opportunity
to provide feedback to the Government of Canada on the proposed outcomes-based approach, which is a key component of the redesigned federal homelessness program, Reaching Home. The program will come into effect on April 1, 2019. Please visit the Community

<p class="MsoNormal">The Homelessness Individuals and Families Information System (HIFIS) Calls and Visits Log is a module that allows case workers to record contacts and communications that a client has and/or receives during or after a service provider stay.
The correspondence recorded can be used to create a Case Management to monitor and coordinate services for a client. To access the module, select Calls and Visits Logs Module under the Front Desk Menu! You can visit the

</span></i>On October 23 and 24, 2018, the HPS hosted the first regional HIFIS Workshop in Halifax. The objective of the event was to support service providers with their HIFIS implementation through presentations, group discussions and facilitated activities
around HIFIS implementation steps. Key topics discussed included effective data management and coordinated access through a community-wide system, supports for HIFIS implementation, privacy issues, and case studies. Over 30 service providers’ representatives
from nine Designated Communities participated in the event. <span style="color:black">

</span>From February 20 to 22, 2018, more than 200 service providers, academics, policy makers, and young people with lived experience of homelessness gathered at the University of Ottawa to attend the Coming Up Together: Towards Ending and Preventing Youth
Homelessness in Ontario, Canada and beyond Conference organized by Dr. Jacqueline Kennelly of Carleton University.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal">As the first Canadian conference to focus exclusively on youth homelessness, it hosted a number of sessions, including a World Café on provincial approaches to youth homelessness, multiple breakout sessions, workshops, panel discussions
and presentations, a youth engagement session with the Homelessness Partnering Strategy, a Performing Arts Showcase, a Visual Arts Show, walking tours around the city of Ottawa, and a Memorial Spirit Flag art space to remember the young people who have lost
their lives as a result of homelessness and street-involvement.<br>
