<p class="Default" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt;mso-para-margin-bottom:1.0gd"><span lang="EN-CA" style="color:windowtext">The REOI makes available up to $2M in pre-development funding for not-for-profit and charitable organizations wishing to develop affordable
housing in the city. Successful Proponents may be eligible for up to $250,000 per project.</span><span style="color:windowtext"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
