la manière de concevoir et mettre en œuvre l’accès coordonné, notamment des informations étape par étape sur les sept composantes clés d’un système d’accès coordonné de qualité. Le Guide sur l’AC a été développé pour soutenir les communautés et appuyer leurs
efforts dans la prévention et la réduction de l’itinérance. Il s’agit du premier guide de la sorte développé au Canada.

step-by-step information on the seven core components of a quality Coordinated Access system. The CA Guide was developed for communities to support their efforts in preventing and reducing homelessness. The CA Guide is the first guide of its kind to be developed
in Canada.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
