disponibles par le biais, respectivement, de la fonctionnalité Carrefour des rapports et de la Plateforme d’apprentissage sur l’itinérance. Le rapport LIU produit une liste d’identificateurs uniques en temps réel des personnes en situation d’itinérance et
comprend des données liées à l’historique de logement et à la planification des services. Connaître qui est actuellement en situation d’itinérance et être en mesure de consulter facilement l’information relative à leurs besoins est essentiel pour faciliter
la prise de décision en matière d’accès coordonné.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:105%"><span lang="FR-CA" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:105%;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ce rapport appuie ce processus et est publié en prévision d’une sortie des fonctionnalités plus complètes
de l’accès coordonné qui aura lieu à l’automne 2020. Le rapport LIU est un excellent outil pour les communautés qui utilisent ou prévoient utiliser le SISA comme source de données pour leur liste d’identificateurs uniques, également appelée liste nominative.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:105%"><span lang="FR-CA" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:105%;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Votre communauté peut maintenant obtenir le rapport LIU par le biais du Carrefour des rapports, une
fonctionnalité du SISA qui permet aux communautés d’accéder aux rapports mis à jour ou nouvellement créés par Emploi et Développement social Canada ou par d’autres utilisateurs du SISA au Canada. Le Carrefour des rapports, qui peut être consulté dans le Gestionnaire
de rapport, est disponible uniquement dans la version 4.0.58.1 et les versions ultérieures.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

and having information readily available about their needs is key for supporting Coordinated Access decision making.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:105%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:105%;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This report supports this process and is being released in anticipation of the more comprehensive Coordinated Access
functionalities that will be available in Fall 2020. The UIL report is a great tool for communities who are using or plan to use HIFIS as their data source for their unique identifier list, also referred to as the By-Name List.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:105%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:105%;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Your community can now get the UIL report through the Reports Marketplace, a functionality in HIFIS where communities
can access updated or newly created reports from Employment and Social Development Canada or other HIFIS users across the country. The Reports Marketplace, which can be accessed in Reports Manager, is available only in the HIFIS version 4.0.58.1 and upward.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
