Le Manuel comprend une série de 50 questions qui peuvent être utilisées pour aider à encadrer les discussions au niveau local sous trois thèmes clés : Capacité de leadership et momentum; Financement et performance; Leadership et partenariat fondé sur le système.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

</span><a href="https://methods.cochrane.org/equity/projects/homeless-health-guidelines"><span lang="FR-CA">Réseau de recherche sur la santé des sans-abri</span></a><span lang="FR-CA"> qui regroupe des cliniciens, des universitaires et des intervenants gouvernementaux
et non gouvernementaux ainsi que des personnes ayant vécu en situation d’itinérance.

logées précairement. Elles tiennent compte des besoins sociaux et médicaux en amont (c.-à-d., logement), de même que des conséquences négatives pour la santé d’un logement inadéquat en aval. L’auditoire cible se compose de professionnels de la santé, de responsables
des orientations politiques, ainsi que de praticiens et chercheurs en santé publique. Les points clés de ces lignes directrices incluent :<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The <i>Reaching Home Leadership Enhancement Workbook</i> is intended to support homeless-sector leaders on various important topics related to preventing and reducing homelessness. More specifically, the
<i>Workbook</i> includes a series of 50 questions that can be used to help frame discussions at the local level under three themes: Leadership Capacity and Momentum; Funding and Performance; and, Systems-Based Leaderships and Partnerships.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The Canadian Medical Association Journal published the “<a href="https://www.cmaj.ca/content/192/10/E240">Clinical guideline for homeless and vulnerable housed people and people with lived homelessness experience</a>” in March 2020. The
guideline was prepared by the <a href="https://methods.cochrane.org/equity/projects/homeless-health-guidelines">
Homeless Health Research Network</a> which is comprised of clinicians, academics, governmental and nongovernmental stakeholders as well as people with lived experience of homelessness.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The purpose of this guideline is to inform providers and community organizations of the initial priority steps and effective interventions for homeless and vulnerably housed people. The guideline addresses upstream social and health needs
(i.e. housing), as well as downstream health-related consequences of inadequate housing. The target audiences are health providers, policymakers, public health practitioners and researchers. Key points from the guideline include:
