MCNABS ISLAND BEACH CLEANUP POSTPONED TO SUNDAY JUNE 11
Due to rain and a small craft warning in effect for Halifax Harbour on
Sunday June 4, the McNabs Island Beach Cleanup is POSTPONED until Sunday
JUNE 11, 2006.
Please distribute the revised notice to your friends & associates!!

McNabs and Lawlor Islands Beach Clean-up
Re-Scheduled to Sunday June 11, 2006 10 AM - 4:00 PM

Wrap up Environment Week by joining the Friends of McNabs Island Society for
the annual cleanup of McNabs and Lawlor Islands Provincial Park.
Bring gloves, lunch and drinking water and wear comfortable shoes.
Meet at Cable Wharf on the Halifax waterfront before 10:00 AM.
Transportation to the island is FREE for volunteers.
Groups of more than ten persons must pre-register with the Friends of McNabs
Island.
Space on the boat is limited and available on a First Come, First Served
basis.
