program taps into innate wisdom; teaches skills in self-awareness, conflict
resolution, assertiveness; offers strategies to overcome personal and external
barriers; clarifies personal values, goals and spiritual calling; and connects
these to building effective organizations and strong communities.

in women’s education, has over twelve years experience designing and
coordinating programs at local, national and international levels, and uses an
innovative and holistic philosophy that combines concrete leadership training
