Location: Northern New Brunswick<br />

Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory.<br />

Previous work with energy evaluations or construction/renovation experience is necessary.<br />

Rate of Pay: On a per audit basis<br />
<br />
Hours: Flexible work schedule (including days, weekends and evenings) based on work demands.<br />
<br />
Location: Based in Northern New Brunswick<br />
<br />
Training is mid to late August in Fredericton.<br />
<br />
Falls Brook Centre is currently seeking an outgoing, energetic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Residential Energy Adviser (EA) for the recently launched NB Power Home Insulation Energy Savings Program (HIESP). Falls Brook Centre will provide the required General Liability insurance as well as required equipment and tools for the EAs. The EAs will be required to carry auto insurance up to $2 million.<br />
<br />
Job Responsibilities:<br />
Have a friendly and professional manner and appearance; be comfortable with entering residential homes<br />
Hot2000 software will not be used. The EA will NOT be responsible for report generation.<br />
Be comfortable with the installation of various products such as LED light bulbs and water conservation device (full training provided)<br />
Sales experience is a plus<br />
Educate customers about product use, energy efficiency and conservation<br />
Inventory management<br />
Commit to fulfilling fluctuating work demands<br />
Occasional long distance travel (mileage paid)<br />
Promote the program at local events, by phone, door-to-door to generate additional business<br />
Digital data collection on site using your own mobile device<br />
Report to manager on weekly phone call<br />
Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols<br />

Qualifications/Job Requirements:<br />
Must have a reliable vehicle<br />
Knowledge of building science a strong asset<br />
Works independently, shows initiative, good with solving problems and geometry calculations<br />
Detail-oriented, punctual, conscientious, reliable and able to work independently<br />
Must be physically able to lift blower door and other equipment<br />
Must have a working mobile device with internet that meets specific requirements<br />
Able to schedule appointments, track inventory, and speak knowledgeably to customers about energy<br />
Able to bend, lift, and raise arms above shoulders & install items above head<br />
Respected and knowledgeable member of your community<br />
High school graduate minimum<br />
Must have a clean criminal record<br />
