Position: Housekeepers<br />
Type of position: paid (some staff housing available - inquire)<br />
Employer: Cabot Shores Wilderness Resort & Retreat Centre<br />
Location: Cabot Shores, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia<br />

Start date: June 15th (part time), July 1 - August 31, full time, with part time extension through mid-October possible.<br />

Cabot Shores Wilderness Resort and Retreat Centre on Cape Breton Island is looking for housekeepers. Some staff housing is available – please inquire.<br />

We are an eco-friendly resort and use non-toxic cleaning products and detergents. Join our team of hardworking, fun-loving staff and spend the summer in a beautiful setting, enjoying outdoor activities onsite such as kayaking, hiking, swimming and more. Candidate Requirements:<br />
• Self-directed<br />
• Detail-oriented<br />
• Does the job from start to finish within a given time frame<br />
• Willing to work hard<br />
<br />
The right candidates will be expected to:<br />
• Clean and maintain common spaces such as the main lodge, dining area and great room, public washrooms, bathhouses & outhouses, and kitchen.<br />
• Clean to standard a variety of dwellings including lodge rooms, chalets, yurts, a tipi, treehouse domes etc.<br />
• Clean outdoor bathroom/shower houses, hot tubs<br />
• Assist the Lead Housekeeper in daily duties<br />
