Position: Outreach Coordinator<br />
Organization: Let's Sprout<br />
Location: Toronto area or Halifax NS<br />

Lets Sprout is proof that an idea, a conversation, or a friendship can spark a movement. We are a group of young women that wanted to create opportunities for young girls to connect with themselves, and be emboldened to demand environmental and social justice in their communities.<br />
<br />
We met in 2015, dreaming of creating a program that our younger selves would have fallen in love with. As budding change-makers, we wanted to prove to young people that it is possible to identify a need in your community and be part of the solution. We saw the need for intergenerational mentorship that focussed on the intersection between gender and the environment. Now, we host capacity building workshops and week-long leadership camps for all youth to realize their immense power to foster positive social and environmental change.<br />

Outreach Coordinator<br />

We are looking for an energetic, and passionate soul to ensure we are reaching more communities in Ontario and Eastern Canada.<br />
<br />
YOUR IMPACTS:<br />
Connecting with potential partner organizations to discuss opportunities for collaboration<br />
Launching outreach campaigns to connect with young people about our programs<br />
Reaching out to networks, newsletters, and social media platforms to build our presence<br />
<br />
WHAT YOULL BRING:<br />
Relevant experience in marketing & sales<br />
Creativity with social media<br />
Organization & excellent communication skills<br />
Willingness to work remotely and independently<br />
Gift of the gab!<br />
