Are you looking to have a summer to remember? We at CB West are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and experienced (ideally) guide to join our team! Located in Margaree Forks Cape Breton, CB West Paddleboards is a fun and burgeoning company that offers guided tours on the Margaree River, and beachside rentals at various beach locations on the island.<br />
<br />
We are looking for somebody to join our team as a reliable SUP and kayak guide, to run tours on the Margaree River. Successful applicants should be experienced paddlers, confident in leading groups, great communicators, very personable, and overall enthusiastic about the sport and area.<br />
<br />
Experienced guides / paddlers are preferred, other ideal candidates would be: graduates or students enrolled in outdoor education / recreation, aspiring teachers, experience in hospitality.<br />
<br />
Certificates required for position:<br />
<br />
Advanced flat water SUP, Level 1 kayak, wilderness first aid.<br />
<br />
If successful applicants do not have these certifications, we will ensure you get them.<br />
