Wanted: CMR Manager / Nature Retreat Manager Couple<br />
Company: Castalia Marsh Retreat<br />

Location: Grand Manan, New Brunswick<br />
Housing: Compensation includes accommodation and wages<br />

We’re looking for a Manager Couple whose idea of a great job is an outdoor life clothed in blue jeans and work boots in a stunning island setting on the shores of the Bay of Fundy<br />
<br />
Experienced self-starters, with common sense and hands-on attitude. Equally comfortable using a paintbrush, pipe wrench, voltmeter or vacuum. A can-do spirit, and a genuine natural friendliness when dealing with customers. People who understand that the operating season is both hectic and demanding.<br />
<br />
Responsibilities include ground maintenance, cabins, campsite maintenance, and preparing cabins for guests. There will be other tasks that come up on an as-needed basis.<br />
<br />
Compensation includes accommodation and wages; and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.<br />
<br />
This is an opportunity to create a healthy, outdoor lifestyle in a spectacular setting. A lifestyle that combines rewarding work with nature, wildlife and the ocean.
