The Atlantic Canada Dig-in Food Summit is looking for some virtual volunteers to help us ensure this is the best food summit possible. If you are interested in food security and food sovereignty in Atlantic Canada and like to help promote and support events, we have an opportunity for you:<br />
• Marketing and Communications (on-going): We are looking for a few volunteers to help develop communications copy, marketing and social media materials, and promotion of the event.<br />
• Fundraising and Grants (on-going): We are also looking for volunteers to work with our fundraising and finance team to help us support the event.<br />

Dig In — The Atlantic Canada Food Systems Summit<br />
<br />
November 17-19, 2022, Nova Scotia — foodsummit.ca<br />

A two-day forum for food systems stakeholders to discuss how potential threats to the regional food supply will manifest themselves in Atlantic Canada and where transformation is needed. The themes of food security and food sovereignty will be explored from the perspectives of producers, processors, distributors, consumers and policy makers.<br />
<br />
The Summit is a unique opportunity to network and collaborate with key food systems stakeholders across Atlantic Canada. Keynote speakers are bringing international and national hands-on experience to re-building regional food systems. Breakout sessions will highlight best case successes across all aspects of our food systems.<br />
